Refund Policy for Club-stash.com
1. Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our merchandise is decorated on request on receipt of your order. This constitutes personalisation of product. To keep costs down we do not hold excess stock and work with our customer clubs to ensure that they will be responsible for any sizing issues. All clients clubs have agreed to maintain a small selection of merchandise for sizing returns and if you are unhappy with the sizing of your product you must first discuss this with your club we we cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
2. Refunds If you return a product to us, we will inspect the merchandise and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact page.
4. Exchanges We only replace or exchange merchandise if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact your club representative in the first instance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
